Standing in for Jean, Lew Gray (Secretary) reviewed the accounts for 2018, and provided a review on fundraising and the on-going services and grants supplied to members. He also reported that there were 216 new members in 2018, including 21 children. Sally spoke briefly about the changes in legal requirements and the progress the society was making in adopting new policies. Sally invited Barbara Babcock to give an overview of the structure and purpose of the Family Weekend that happens in July at the Calvert Trust.
Caroline Cabraal was elected to the Committee, and Rob Reeves was re-elected. Sally repeated that new volunteers were always encouraged to come forward and join the Committee at any time, which only meets five times a year.
