Stuck for ideas?
There are lots of things you can do - big and small. Whatever you decide on, make sure it is something you believe will make a difference and enjoy doing!
If raising awareness amongst health professionals is your top priority, why not hand out TM Society leaflets and magazines, or set up an information stall with a friend or family member at a local hospital and be on hand to share your experiences? If you would prefer to write, download the Introductory Letter from our resources page, modify it as needed, and send it to your local health and social care professionals to help them understand how they can help people living with TM and related conditions.
