Please park and enter through the main door of the Institute of Neuroscience Building and follow signs for Philipshill Ward. There is a Restaurant open all day opp this building and numerous vending machines in the Day Room for any snacks if required. . Carers, partners and friends are all welcome as are children but there are no special arrangements to look after them.

Directions

Travelling by car ; exit M8 at junction 25, marked ‘Clyde Tunnel’. You will join the Clyde Tunnel approach road-leave this at the first slip road signposted for the Southern General Hospital. Turn left onto Govan Road.

If you are coming through the Clyde Tunnel [from Bearsden] take the first exit just through the tunnel. Double back at the roundabout and follow Govan Road until you reach the hospital entrance on the left. The building is on the left at the end of the hospital’s main drive.

Travelling by bus ; For the Govan Road entrance Arriva numbers 23 and 24.

For the Moss Road entrance [nearer the building] alight at Langlands Road and take pedestrian underpass. First Glasgow bus numbers 17A, 23, 34, 89, 90 go this way.
